I have some cakes still in jars and where its really tight(cake against glass) theres a yellow color appearing. Should i throw em out or is it just stress related? Help appreciated.

Chances are it is just stress related. Myc Piss is what it is commonly called. What are your temps that you are incubating in?

i have a similar situation with one of my casings atm. very close to pinning i think but some mycelium has yellow tints. got gradually better (less yellow) over the last 2 days with lots of FAE and no more misting. casing does not smell bad though so fingers crossed for the next few days.
