 help! what IS this stuff..?

in a small head shop in maryland i picked up (for $3 a pop) 2 bottles of "magic mushrooms : a magical mystical journey in a pill." ingredients include "tunera diffusa, 'ancient mexican withching herb,' scutellaria laterolia, ephedaresinica, eleutherococcus senticosis, ganoderma lucidum, 'blank antler reshi mushrooms,' myristica fragrans, love and light.
my question is: they don't supply a dosage. i'm willing to try these 'legal' mushrooms, but i haven't the slightest clue on how many to start per person. have any of you ever tried these or something similar? what were the effects and what was your dose? any info would be really helpful. thanks!

They do not contain the active ingrediant in mushrooms (Psylocibin) so they probably dont do anything... It might make you feel different but I doubt it even does that... IMO I think its probably a waste of money... Just go for the real ones

it's quite impossible to come across shrooms in my area. i've no idea how to even go about getting them...i'm sure it's not very legal to go snooping around someone's farm at 6 in the morning...
i didn't expect them to do anything...never gave up hope though. heh.

I've seen them in High Times Magazine,says to take 3 per person, I think It's like Herbal X it supposedly speeds you up and makes you feel good. I would be very careful and have someone who is not going to be fucked up around incase you have a BAD reaction they can drive you to the hospital, herbal ecstasy has been known to give heart attack, but since you bought the stuff legally you don't have to worry about it being an Illegal subtance if you ave to get help.

myristica fragrans = Nutmeg
ephedra sinica = ephedra,contains ephedrine that over the counter speed and a precursor to methamphetamine
Reishi muhsrooms are supposedly medicinal
Don't recognize the others offhand,sounds like random shit thrown into a pill,have fun

I see nothing inthere that even remotely compares to Shrooms. Turnera gets some people a little high... "Witches Herb"... Take it from a REAL WITCH that happens to be a Herbalist too: Pussywillow is a Witches Herb too, but it won't hook you up with the Divine either! Most of these herbs are "Medicines", not "Drugs".
That Scut stuff is a form of "Scullcap" herb btw.
On the whole I'd say these caps can give you a buzz that''s both Stimulant & Sedative, but it won't come CLOSE to what the brandname implies for most people. Please visit a cowpasture if you know your stuff or visit your friendly Dealer. What's best: Find out just what "PF-TEK" means and grow yourself some serious Cubies! Dunno the dose, but work your way up from 1pill to a maximum of 5, if the bottle won't say what dose's best. At least 1 week intervals, please...

Hi Red,
When I was a youngn' I too saw thee pills in a St. Marks, NYC Head Shop. Although they had a doseage of 2 - 4 pills depending on the kind of high you wanted.
The ingredients are the same, I still have my bottle, I was pissed the damn things didn't do anything but give me a migraine, because I'm allergic to ephedra.
No high, just a headache. My friend took 4 pills, and also was dissapointed. I dont know if they work on anyone, but who are you going to complaint to/;"Gee Officer, I bought these Magic Mushrrom Pills in a headshop, can you help?" I think they count on us being helpless to proscute, and they keep getting us.
Anyway, lesson learned for me. Now I never have to look for shrooms again.
I just hope you aren't allergic to ephedra too.

Oh , I almost forgot, the 'active' ingredient is mycelia, so I suppose it is 'possible' to get a buzz, if you eat the whole bottle, and the ephedra don't kill you.

i don't think i'm gonna take 'em...the bottles are cute enough..maybe i'll get bored and try them. i really don't feel like getting (possibly) sick.

They contain ephedra which can speed up the heart. They are mostly fillers with no hallucinagenic mushrooms at all. Think of them as "herbal viviran" that stay awake caffine pill. Two may hype you up ...... more may give you a headache or racing heart......on the other hand....a few people get little or no reaction. Better safe than sorry though....if you get some kind of bad reaction, you'll be living with it for around 24-48hrs.....
