Azurescens

Is it even remotely possible to make these damned things fruit indoors? Please do not link me to abert's tek. I have been following that and keeping in contact with him for the last 2 years. To no avail! I have tried so many variations of that tek that I am starting to beleive that I am not even dealing with the species "azurescens" (and that I was duped at some point in the process). Does anyone have any ideas?? I am getting desperate here.

Its pretty much a waist of time and effort imo. You can get them to fruit but the yields are about as worthless as tits on a bore hog.

Spawn a couple tons of soaked woodchips outdoors and reep your substantial, seasonal harvest.

Don't know since no one has really successfully grown then indoors. I have seen attemps, I think he got three or four very small ones. Though I dont know where that link is.

With luck and reading, but I still dont suggest even to try, I would not wait my time with it, but outdoors depending where your live can work.

Seriously your best bet would to go on a hunt, when the time is right.

Well considering they have only been seen in the wild in one particular place in Oregon, I uhm... well thanks for the advice.

Outdoors they will fruit in the fall as the temperatures drop a bit at night and the moisture level increases with fall rains. An outdoor patch can be easily made by spawing woodchips and placing them in a cool shady spot with more woodchips and perhaps a light covering of old leaves to help keep moisture in the woodchips. Water this once a week or as needed to keep the underlying layer moist, and in the fall you should have a fruiting. It is perhaps a bit late to get started this year, but it is still possible.
