how to use a spore print?

my grand mothers froaf has only used syringes so far...could you guys tell how to use the print.....how do i get the spores in the water sterilely? thanx

Bro,
read the FAQ. I hate saying this, but there is basicaly one way of doing this correctly and its covered on the Cultivation FAQ.

Its by scraping them into a sterile shotglass, taking cooled sterile water (which you had boiled for a while), and sucking it up in a semi sterile envoirnment ala oven tek. :smile:

ITs not very hard, however its really important you are as sterile as posisble. Make sure your foil has been sterilized as well.
