water in jars?
    #581534 - 03/17/02 04:34 PM (22 years, 6 months ago)

I recently checked on my most vigorous growing mycelium jar (about 95% colonized) and noticed a bit of moisture on the bottom...enough to swirl around even. The mycelium shows no evidence of cantamination, nor any yellowing from the contact with moisture, which I heard it may do. But the mycelium is just cranking along...should I be concerned about this excess moisture buildup in my #1 colonizing jar? None of the other jars have shown this yet.

enough to swirl around?

That?s a bit too much water you used, as it seems.
Next time use a bit less water in your formulation.
