Look at http://www.richters.com/
DIVINERS SAGE [Order Related Book] Salvia divinorum Tender Perennial Uses: medicinal Sacred sage of the Mazateca Indians of Mexico used to induce divinatory visions. To help find lost items, or to solve problems of a material or spiritual nature, the Mazateca Indians would chew the fresh leaves. The leaves are very bitter when chewed but are slightly more palatable taken as a cold infusion of fresh crushed leaves, or smoked. Psychotropic effects similar to mescaline are attributed to compounds called salvinorins. Prefers humid, shaded conditions and humus-rich, moist soil. Rangy plant, reaching 2m/7ft. unless pruned. 13.00

Yeah, I checked that site, Unfortunately it requires a purchase of 6 or more potted plants. At $13 each, that's $78. That's quite a bit more than I want to spend on Salvia.
Every place I've been to that's located in the USA has been sold out.

Nice collection
The andromeda is new to me, is it characterized by sharp/jagged edges? How many sub-types are there in all? Anyone claim to notice a difference in the buzzes?
Why is it that half the Blosser pics I see look like they're on their last legs? Poor fellas.

sharp and jagged, thin long leafs, and the stems tend to stay underdeveloped and break easier than usual. they grow very bushy.
andromeda is very potent, hoffman and blosser are the two commonly sold commercial dried leafs, wasson is known as lobed leaf because it concentrates its growth in the ends of the leaf, and has very reinformed stems. wasson has shown the most trichomes on top of the leafs, while andromeda shows them underneath.

Located in New England... looking for a rooted cutting..
If someone would be kind enough to part with one; I have a cloner, and pledge to offer cuttings to a minimum of 5 others. If I get 5 offers of cuttings, then thats 25 I will offer to others. That will have to be my limit for now.

Nobody has any? I really need some! BotanyBoy, great looking plants! Wish I coulda got some from you.
And just to confirm: Richter's will NOT be making any more shipments to USA this year! I attempted to buy 6 salvia plants through them, and they contacted us saying that they were waiting to see if there would be a shipment big enough to warrant spending the costs to customs. They didn't process the order until they asked us what we wanted to do (very nice of them) but suggested we look for another source.

I should perhaps clarify a bit.. While a donated cutting would be very much appreciated I am not trying to leech here.. A tip as to where one could purchase from a reputable dealer would be just as welcome. I will still be happy to spread the joy HERE as I clone more. My only requirement is that if purchased I would prefer to purchase from within the US.
