This plant grows pretty fast. It will do just fine in a cold dry room. Its a pretty amazing plant. If you take if from a hot wet area to a cold indoor area It will drop the old leaves and make new ones better for the enviroment its in.

Lasted a while but then I moved like 3 times in 3 months and it got a pretty crazy infection down by the roots along with like 4 other plants and I just couldn't get it to come back.

well we shouldn't really be filling this thread with irrelevant discussion but anyway.... salvia's natural environment is typically cooler and more humid, like 70f's cool... so 90f is probably pushing it a bit, but if you find a cool shady spot then it should be ok...
we had a few days of high 80f's here this summer and it didn't effect my plants at all...

how is that being greedy?? did i say i wanted 1000 already full grown plants? no, i said i wanted 1 cutting. which i accidentally called a stem. how do you know i haven't done my fair share of research on this plant? how am i supposed to research when all i have is anecdotal evidence based on heresay? wouldn't it be smarter and better if i had my own plant to do "research" on?
Evidently you didn't do your research because according to that anecdotal evidence research i've done, most of the stuff you just said is wrong

dj02220 have you done extensive research that proves that all salvia plants don't like 90f? i think not. therefor your claim has no validity, otherwise feel free to show me all the research you have done.

90? lmao u dont know what you are talking about
i never said that they wont survive in that kind of heat, but 90f with very low humidity will not be good for them... all i'm saying is that it is far from the ideal temperature. now shut your pie hole and stop filling this thread with misinformation.
may i remind everyone that this is a trade thread not a discussion thread?

and stop contradicting yourself.

I'd like a cutting, I have rooted rubber tree cuttings up for grab. As well as silene capensis seeds.
