Anywhooo I believe I just had a successfully pasteurization I believe. I run the sob out and then I rung the sob out some more. Filled up 2 big dish tubs 1' by 1' by 5 inches deep and filled it 4 inches deep. These 2 tubs are currently 97 degrees and are almost ready to be spawned in. Gotta love digital candy thermometers. They read so accurate so fast.

i pasturize in this: http://www.cooler-store.com/coleman_ultimate_xtreme_cooler_58qt_112_prd1.htm
i can do at least twice (probably 3x) as much as you in the same amount of time, without having to monitor my temps. plus, boiling bags of shit have no place in my kitchen.

I did 20 lbs in under 50 minutes that include wringing out. Thats 20 lbs an hour prety much, and my pot can hold a lot more than 20 lbs.
