Personally, if the draft came again, I'd just protest it and go to jail, rather than just running away. I think there's a time to stay and fight, and I wouldn't mind having a jail sentence on my record if it was for a political cause.

I wouldn't spend a whole lot of time worrying about it. The odds of the draft ever being re-instated are essentially zero.

It is unwanted, unneeded, and the political kiss of death to any politician who tries to re-instate it.

My dad was denied by the draft during Vietnam because he has "flat feet" (no arches). Go figure.

You could say you have done LSD thousands of times, and that you sometimes have dramatic flashbacks where you see and hear things that aren't real. I'm pretty sure you won't be getting drafted after telling them that.

That or cross the border. If you can't get across the border, refer back to my former suggestion.

If only people who gave advise like that would practice what they preach, we would all be sooooo much better off.

See Big Manny and buy a new SS# and melt in with the rest of them.
THERE WILL BE NO DRAFT. And even if there was they don't want you.

It real simple....tell them that you have done LSD and shrooms on many occasions....and you have reoccurring flashbacks.....
