I double end cased and rolled each cake in verm, but all the cakes have done is grow myc all over their casings. Should I move the FC to the fridge for a few hours? Should I not mist as frequently?
HELLP, I'M DYING HERE!

how long ago did you dunk and roll? did you supply light, fresh air and humidity along with lowering their temp?

The cakes weren't all colonized by the same time so it has been anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 days (6 cakes). They were all fridge dunked except for one which is a control. The temp is just a tiny bit below 80 (I can't help it, I haven't found a good cooling technique that doesn't reduce humidity). The whole FC is misted and fanned 3 times per day, but not necessarily in that order. My most recent theory is improper misting because I can frequently see water droplets on the myc from the misting.
Anyway, I hope that something in there points to my problem. Thanks!
