Psilocybe subaeruginosa "copper tops"

has anybody attempted to grow these before??? I recentley innoculated some brown rice/vermiculite substrate in the traditional mmgg style, I was wondering if i am wasting my time or will the mycelium grow on this substrate? In the wild they grow on woodchips, so I was thinking maybe i should have substituted some vermiculite for sawdust or something? any ideas would be helpful.

Ive had great success in transplanting colonised woodchips into a mixture of unsterilised sawdust, pine chips and wet cardboard mixed with wet verm. After about two monthes the substrate colonises all the areas that are not exposed to direct light and pins begin to form. Im putting this outside and covering it with a thick layer of verm.
