It means that you're either down with dropping acid (on the bus) or not (off the bus). It was a term coined by KK and the MP.

you are are with it,( in the present, creative and ready to journey further) or you are not. you have lost it. distracted by your own projections or others. you can be off the bus and still be on the "bus"

The Bus Came By and I got On... [Re: lsd25icu812]

Escaping through the lily fields, I came upon an empty space. It trembled and exploded, left a bus stop in its place. The Bus came by and I got on, that's when it all began. There was Cowboy Neil (Cassady) back of the wheel on the Bus to Never Never Land. Comin' Comin' Comin' around. In a circle. Grateful Dead. Ken Kesey, a reference to the trip on the bus 'Further'. Couple posts back was right on.
Acid. You're down or your not. But beyond that, you're either part of the Mental/Prison/Industrial/Complex, or you're a fighter for Cognitive Freedom. By the way, I ride the Bus to work every day (honest), and I can't help but think about that song...
Peace

It's like "Journey to the East" by Hesse. Some seekers explore and exploration is the journey. Some stop and settle down, some never stop. Some stop, lose faith, then settle down, dry up, feel dead and then through kismet they find discovery again and get back on, never to return....
