Dont know if this is the right forum, but it has to do with using law... so read up. mods move this if u need to.
ok so 4 months ago we had our 97 subaru outback serviced and a new timing belt put in. then the air conditioner stopped working so we took it to the local subaru repairshop, and when we got the car back, they told us we needed like 1300$ worth of new shit, the same shit we just had replaced for 1/3 that price at our old place, and wtf timing belt after 4 MONTHS?
they are crazy fuckin tweakers who live in a shack behind the place, i didnt know that til afterwards.
I just finished paying the tow truck. while we were driving down the freeway the speedometers and rpm's starting spinning around out of control, the ABS light came on meaning it failed, and the car started to chug. We broke down in the middle of a stretch of freeway inbetween towns on a hot desert ridge, and were stuck there with no water in this 100+ degree weather. I wanna fuck these guys over in every way I can, besides putting up fliers around town to let people know, and posting on the local craigslist, is there anything legaly i can do to shame these guys or fuck them over through the system? they fucked up our car to scam us. They only did it cause my naive girlfriend took it in. fuckin bastards.

The dealership fucked your shit up? If that's the case, go here and let them know what happened.

filled out a nice report, thanks. the tow truck guy told us to report it to subaru and they would come inspect it. thank you for getting me the link. this is in paradise, ca. 19 miles into the hills above chico. i work in chico and my girlfriend was driving me home.
the place is called "Engine Express Subaru". One day we saw this tweaker ass ho walk across the street from the gas station into this beat cabin behind the subaru place. then after we took the car in to service, the engine was making this wailing screech like a loose belt, and it was running weird. weve been working odd hours, my girl works 11pm to 7am, i work 8am to 5pm so theres no time to take it in to be checked. Well anyways, a few days after the service I saw this twacked out guy standing outside the house getting arrested by the PO. A week later I saw him walking from that cabin to the subaru place in a mechanics uniform.
I dont want some fuckin twacked out fuckin fuck dissasembling shit on our car. they fucked it up good. ive never seen an rpm meter spin in circles doing 800 rpm's on its own.

Holy hell, that's tragic, but a tad hilarious that a car could actually be that fucked up. How the hell does that happen to an RPM meter? I wouldn't think it's possible.

a car has a system that works like a computer. if someone, such as a certified technician got into it, he could do whatever he wants. including make it go haywire after a certain amount of miles. and especialy a subaru place, they have a machine they can plug right into it that will tell them every little thing thats wrong with the car.
