Here is a hypothetical question for people. Since mushrooms have been legal in other countries for many years and grown freely, I have a question. Suppose someone was to open up shop and send mushrooms to the United States. Would the U.S be able to extradite(sp) you since in that country mushrooms are legal but not here? What if it was done in a country with no extradition policy with the United States?

No thats the whole reason the extradition policy was made with many countries. US citizens would commit crimes and run to nations with more tolerance and the US got tired and made the policy so they can go over there and get you or that country will just do it for us. Some countries did not make it with the US and I am wondering if any of these are non communist(cant start shop there) and mushrooms are legal. I think im gonna post this is another forum to see if I get response there
