Attack of the killer contams

Jars are dropping like fly's, 1 jar yesterday, 2 jars today, all cakes are about 75%-80% finished but slowing down RAPIDLY. Why would they slow down so much?

are they being contaminated by the same looking fungi? maybe you should try and move your jars from where they are? maybe the spores from the contaminate are being originated near where your jars are

the jars are in an area that is'nt disturbed but for when the jars are checked, no air ducts are near them in anyway, and the area is steralized before checking...

What color contams? Green, gray, black ect..? How do you sterilize the area? Do you sterilize your hands & how? Are your jars taped? Filter disks? Did you loosen the lids at all to flip and dump the Co2 or for any other reason? Are the jars in an incubation chamber? If so is there peroxide in the chamber? Quart jars, half pints? How long to get to 75% to 80%? Do you spray the jars with Lysol before handling? Ect.......
