What is wrong with my cakes ?

I just checked my incubator and 7 out of 12 of my pf cakes are greenish and ugly.I know what thas is and I know its not good. What I'm I'm wondering is 3 out out of the other 5 are white, not a pure beautiful mycelium white but still white and nearly all the way through and through.I know I used LC and its supposed to go fast but it has only been a few days so correct me if I'm wrong as I have never done cakes before but is this some contaim that I am unfamiliar with ? the other 2 just seem to look exactly like when I put them in there no growth/nothing at all. I was as sterile as possible gloves, clean clothes,Lysol, shit I even wore a shower cap over my hair. If it was the LC that was contaminated wouldn't all of them have got it ? I am confused as to where I could have went wrong.I also have wbs jars in there that seem to also look exactly like they did when I put them in there,My temp in there is a pretty consistent about 82 degrees give or take and no growth at all they don't look contaminated they just look the same,The bird seed was done with two different very nice looking LC'c of treasure coast and Texas so I know it isn't just bunk. What is the stuff on my pf cakes and why doesn't my birdseed show anything.I went all out this time polifill lids and all Someone please give me advice I spent so much money to try and get these grows off the ground and they ll look like they are headed for failure. If at 1st you don't succeed as they say I mean I cant give up now I have 8 different LC's going,a $190 pressure cooker and enough ten studd on my way to well....Lets just say I took advantage of the sale. But if I cant get any good spawn to mix into it I'm screwed. Someone help me out please

the "3 out of the other 5" that are showing white all over are unfortunately probably green as well. green mold gets its color from green spores, but it starts out as a white mold... so unfortunately they're probably soon to follow the first 7.
the birdseed that doesn't show anything you might want to elaborate on. how long has it been going? did you check to make sure the birdseed you used wasn't treated with a fungiside? how did you prepare it and in your best guess how is the moisture content? did you shake after innoculating? etc etc.

The treasure coast I knocked up on the 23rd and the Texas on the 24th so its been 4 and 5 days respectively,I used this tek http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/5265629/page/0/fpart/1/vc/1 and as far as I can tell I did it to the letter,I mean I didn't change a thing. The moisture content looks good to me and it doesn't appear to have any wet spots,The bag it came in said nothing at all about fungicide,And yes I did shake every single jar after inoculation.Am I just being impatient? I mean I wasn't expecting anything fantastic after only 5 days but I was thinking I would see something because I keep reading how fast LC takes off Thanks for the help

yep LC does take off fast. but when you shake it after innoculating you've spread it all over the place so it could be going in areas you can't see yet. LC also has a tendancy to make you wait a few days, sort of like waiting for spores to germinate, then all of a sudden BAM its all over the place and speeding along on its way, and then you see the beauty of it. so its fast in the long run but by no means immediate. i wouldn't give up hope for them at this point it sounds like there's a fantastic chance they're going to do just fine.
