yes, that'll help with colonization a great deal

Also, in order for it to fruit, I need to either obviously stick it in a Fruiting Chamber ontop some perlite...
no, you can fruit just as they are, once fruits are ready to harvest, cut it along the seal and pluck them, a terrarium will make thigns a little easier though and dont bother with adding heat, I've incubated most of my bags on my desk

Hell yeah, so should I put them under indirect light now? or Should I wait from the mycelium to re-appear on the cakes, then slit some airflow slices( or are they not important??), and then place them by some light?
How much light, standard sun cycle?, or should I put up a lil flouro or desk lamp for 24 hours?

only fruit when they're 100% colonized... and when they're 100% colonized, they'd love some fresh air and light! also a little bit of a drop in temp would be good... so if you're incubating them somewhere, just take them out... if not, don't worry about that... fresh air, humidity, light and temp drop are all "pinning initiators"... 3 or more are good

I've only used mycobags twice... and both times they had a huge filter patch for fresh air exchange, so i didn't have to worry about humidity or supplying fresh air... i didn't get much of a yield from them either, but oh well.

Oh, and I like flourescent grow lights (blue spectrum) or just soft white flourescent, sun = heat... but indirect sunlight also works fine.

So when all the thick fuzz comes back, give her some fresh air(cut it open?) and indirect light?
Prisoner says it doesnt matter, Id really like to know what the best choice is..... Anyone got another opinion?

yeah, but you want it to have a lot of humidity too... so if it's humid where you live... you could just do it like that. i put mine in a fruiting chamber with damp perlite on the bottom

wait until the thick mycelium returns, I've pulled 11 inch 100gram fruits from bags that were not open until harvest, again, a fruiting chamber (terrarium) makes things easier come harvest time

Yeah southern MI is about as humid as it gets in the states, being surrounded by the great lakes and not to mention lakes in every direction within 2 miles.

Here is a link to detailed illustrated steps in getting your mycobag to fruit. http://www.myco-farm.com/ this might not be a direct link but you will find instructions for stage1-3
Basically let fully colonise in total darkness then cut bag about half way up and cover in a casing, cover grainbag with tinfoil to stop it fruiting anywhere but through the casing.
Once you see mycelium coming through casing then place in fruiting chamber and in indirect light.

So I assume they are in shock, no new growth.
Should I place them indirectly from the sun? or wait until mycelium contiunes to rebuild itself on the outer layer?

wait until the myc colonizes 100%, then you will want light... light is a pinning trigger, dont want that until your bag is 100%

my bad, i thought you were stil in the bag... you were last night... if you already cased it, you'll want the myc to grow through the casing layer, then initiate all the pinning triggers... ie) fresh air exchange, humidity, light, temp drop
