Are my dried mushrooms moldy?

Hi . Recently my friend got me some dried cubensis mushrooms but some of them in the bag looked a little weird so I just ate the ones with brown caps. Now all I have left are the dried mushrooms that have slight very slight white powder stuff on them and some of them have the slightest green/blue tint*like speckles*. Are these dried mushrooms considered moldy and dangerous? I really don't know if I should eat them but the brown mushrooms in the bag that I ate were perfectly fine. These mushrooms also smell like cheese. Oh and some of them have what looks like hair growing out of the caps. Thanks, should I include a picture?

black is not good
but bruising can sometimes look very dark blue especially when dried
