Do I have to throw these out? A health hazzard?

Here's a picture of my cakes. I was just starting to do a cold shock. The green has been there a while I'm assuming, I havn't checked in 10 days till today though. I think I've fucked up though as I see something that appears to be mold. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know how they would be bruising cause they havn't really been impacted with heavy force. I took a "q-tip" and the q-tip was still white after, unless it pulled an actual piece off.

if nothing came off on the q-tip test, its bruising. bruising can occur if your cakes dry out, they don't necessarily need to be impacted.
i would give them a dunk at this stage to rehydrate them, and place back in the FC. if they bruised that much from dryness they will not produce as they are now.

Well, when I opened the jar, the cakes were surrounded by water, so I know they didn't dry out. I must have bruised them if I shook them.
