I tried with loudspeaker's magnet and is not strong enough to move the stir bar ( I have to to put at least two and the weight is to much for the fan)

You need a magnet with poles at the opposite ends in relation to the way it spins. Something like a bar magnet. I've heard that hard drive motor magnets work well.

fastfred is correct, the magnet must have it's field aligned axially. And he's also correct about hard drive magnets being perfect for the job.
A setup that could be made using regular magnets might be possible. Suppose you glued/attached a jar lid to the fan itself and then placed two "dot-style" magnets on the lid. So long as the distance between the magnets were not longer than the bit of metal being spun, I think that might work as well.

I talked today with the guy who works with computers and he said that he havent find any magnet in the hard drive, that maybe the magnet was with the very old ones, that a magnet in the hard drive would erase the info...
Is this correct or shoul I take the h.drives from him and do a search my own?

your guy should not be working on computers. All HDD's have magnets in them. that's how hard drives work. Any hard drive you have will have magnets inside it.

honestly man, i don't think you need to bother with HDD magnets. If you go to any major hardware store they usually have a small section full of a variety of magnets varyying in strength. but however you decide, good luck with that.

one other thing i would like to reccomend....
The stir bars that you place inside the LC. I have found that stir bars without the pivot ring are quieter than the bars with.
Just a little FYI
