Pendulum - "Three Knocks"

This is starting to shit me to tears.

I am not talking about the 'new' pendulum. AFOAF had a cd ages ago called 'Three Knocks' or something of the sort that was not drum n' bass but more... scare-the-fuck-out-of-you-while-you-trip sort of music. On one of the songs it had a loop of a guy saying "I am crazy" and another song about how a guy lied to the church or something. I used to have the cd but it got scratched to fuck and doesn't work any more and I can't find 'three knocks' on soulseek or any other filesharing program.

Does anyone have any other ideas as to what the name of the CD could be? They took it out of print ages ago because apparently heaps of people went insane listening to it when they were tripping so they took it off the shelves....

just need some direction to be pointed to because I loved this album and can't find it anywhere.

thats not much help, man. i would really LOVE to find this album again as it had some great music on it.
