I was suppose to simmer than pressure cook my eight jars worth of seed. They just had their 24 hour soak, something came up and I cant do them tonight. Can I just drain the water, cover them, and maybe just give tham an hour or two soak tommorro? Any suggestions? thanks

I can tell you from experience, this is what you should do...
Pour off the stale water and refill with new. Just make sure every seed is submerged. If they're not, they'll sprout. Which is bad. Not the end of the world but less mush in the jars is a good thing. I've gone 40 hours on a soak and my grains were just fine. I've heard of 72 hours coming out just fine but if you're going that kind of distance, make sure you swap out the water every day.
I'm not sure if the fridge idea is good or not but I can't think of why that'd be bad.

Scrapping is a wise choice. I'd have suggested it but I HATE it when I ask "how do I do thing X" and everyone tells me "you shouldn't do thing X, do thing Y."
Drives me bonkers. =P
