what are these?

i just found a patch of mushrooms growing in my front yard and seeing i don't know alot about them i thought i'd come to you guys/ladies and ask what they are/if they're any good or not, i'm from australia, NSW by the way...


i don't have a digi at the moment so i had to use my scanner... just grabbed this off the lawn 5 minutes ago, they are very small at the moment, a bit smaller then shown in the photo.
