ID Please - small patches in Canberra Australia

Hi all,
this is my first post, I have been collecting mushrooms in pine tree areas in Canberra, these samples I have collected mostly positioned in dung or in small areas on soggy grass/wood chips. The stem bruises very dark (almost black) this seems to happen only after it has been picked. The spore print did not come out on white paper, so Im assuming its white??? These mushrooms are very small, about 5 - 7cm high and the cap is 1 - 3 cm wide. The mushrooms were pale/brown, with creamy coloured gills, The photos supplied are sadly not very good quality however the colour is true to home, If I need anymore info please let me know, cheers

Psilocybe semilanceata does not have a white sporeprint. You should do a bit more research before you go back into the field. why do so many people think that pickin random mushrooms will result in finding an active. it can happen but its very unlikely. if you want those mushrooms identified you're gonna need a decent description

No offence but those are terrible pics
Some small mushrooms dont print very well, try on some black paper if you want, but a better pic would definately help.

here are some more, i do know they are terrible however sadly my camera has no macro feature. tryptonite I came across many more mushrooms one which I identified as the Angel Cap, I have been researching mushrooms for quite a while now however do still need assistance as I do not have a guide of some sort and I rely of information provided by these forums and others.

check out the forum rules there is a guide there. basically you just have to describe what you see for the cap, gills, stem, sporeprint, etc. note things like size, colour, texture and shape for each part

Sorry tryptonite,
* Habitat - Pine woods found in small clumps about 1 metre away from the base of the pine tree, in a grassy/wood chip area.
* Characteristics of the gills - light grey, attached to cap not stem, there seems to be a pattern, every second gill is larger then the other
* Characteristics of the stem - hollow stem, bruises black, thin and light grey before brusing
* Characteristics of the cap - bell shaped cap, light grey to dark brown, slightly slimey
* Spore print color - as said still waiting
* Color that the mushroom bruises - dark black / brown
* Scent of the mushroom - earthy, acidic
hope this helps, another hour or two before the spore print.
cheers, wazzad

Wazzard,
Does your camera have a macro setting? I think that it would help a lot, as the photos are out of focus. A better light source, or even a flash would also be a good idea.
I've found lots of mushrooms like that in my searches, I don't think they're active, no bluing on the stems, and black bruising like you described. I'm not sure about this, but I think that they'll actually make you sick, giving you an upset digestive system. I'd throw them away if I were you.
The mushrooms in the photo that you were trying to compare them to don't look very alike to me, and they may've been dried, can't tell. It's your choice dude, but I'd throw them away and keep searching.

spore print has come back, the print is white, quite distinct on red background, this proves that these are not only un-active but also poisinous?
cheers, wazzad
