If you have enough spores to play with, sure. Otherwise, I would start anew.

To make sure next time just put your syringe on a white background. If you don't see any black spore, take a picture and ask a replacement. This is 3 syringe I ordered from sporeworks.com

dude, just because your spore syringe isnt black doesnt mean it has no spores. It could still have a shit load of spores and be perfectly clear. Don't forget... they are microscopic.

What is the incubation temperature ? Ideal is 84 to 86. Under or over than that can slow down the mycelium growth. For you jar, the only thing you can do is to continue to look at your jar for one week or two. Pass this time, if you don't have any mycelium or contams colors/smell, contact the vendors, tell him you put some syringe water under a microscope and found no spore. They will probably send you a replacement syringe, with spore in it this time, for free.

i've never gotten a dark syringe, all of mine are crystal syringes and they've all worked great!
even the syringes i've made for myself i try to make crystal clear! (key word try)
anyways, if you got your syringe from a shroomery vendor, you can always ask for a replacement

werdnaeroom8 writes: "If you have jars that have no sign of mycellium growth or contamination after 2weeks. Do you think i got a bunk syringe and i should try to incolulate them again? "
I'd say those jars are likely not going to colonize even if the spores are good because the grains will be too dried out. Adding more spore solution is just a waste of those spores.
A reliable way to know if you got bunk syringes is to make an LC with your spores. Unless you contam the LC during the knock-up, you'll get a contaminant. If you didn't contam the LC during innoc, and the syringes are good, you will get growth. It would also be a good way to use the rest of your spores if you do still have some. You can make literally dozens (if not hundreds) of jars from one nice LC.

I've got three of these waiting patiently in my fridge.
"I think i got bunk syringes because in most of my syringes i can see black spore clumps inside them mixed in with the water and then in others, it just looks like water."
A lot of spore vendors add Jet Dry to their syringes so the spores don't clump up and clog the reservoir/needle. Remember, spores are microscopic. Not seeing anything means nothing at all. The syringe my current batch of Ecuador came from was cyrstal clear.
"Has anyone ever had any experience in bunk syringes because i inoculated 8 jars and they have no growth at all and also no contams. "
My first grow turned up nothing and I did make LC jars. No myc or contams in 7 jars and 2 LC for about a month. Then one LC developed a contam and one jar, too.
So I requested a replacement syringe and it worked like a charm.

hey now, splif! i just innocced a by-the-books LC up and a wbs jar up with the same multispore syringe, and the LC hasn't shown anything, but the wbs has some rhizo movin up the sides... then again, these edibles i grow don't really like the whole LC thing... but yeah, i'm assuming that when he says "golden teacher" he means "white button", but anyways, i'm high, and drunk, and i like using commas,,,

oh yeah, and dont forget to beat the shit out of your syringe before you innnoc... it'll knock some of the spores from the sides and disperse them around your syringe a little better... so you get more uniform innocs...

There's a good chance that you don't have enough moisture to wake those spores up. I have also recieved very clear syringes and have had no problem getting them to grow.
