    #5785696 - 06/24/06 01:08 AM (17 years, 7 months ago)

I fear ive over watered my plant jsut now, trying to test out my new straw going down directly to the roots...., HOW CAN I TELL IF I HAVE OVER WATERED THE PLANT, WHAT SIGNS WILL IT SHOW?

as in: Feeling of the plant, color, stem, leaves? what should i watch out for these next couple of days...

Make sure there are some drainage holes in the bottom of the cup. When a little water comes out stop watering, and get that straw out of there.

All your going to do is wet the bottom of the roots and deprive the entire top half of the root zone of water. The roots start just under the stem. Now if you were looking at Soma's set up the pvc is for air.
Let me tell ya the best thing you can do for those plants and I'm not trying to be mean here but water em put em under a light and leave em the hell alone.
