While some of them do resemble blue foots somewhat to me, the picture quality here is too poor. No, I do not notice the bluing. Could be because of the poor lighting and poor picture quality. It would be more convincing if you made a full description for everything.
The bigger red one looks like a Russula. The little one next to the larger one in the last picture, we need to see the gills.

well, they DO look like some caeruleant psilocybe, but i cannot make out bluing, wich would be extremely noticable. from what the pictures show i could also see them being other genus. print needed. if you can show a bluing reaction that is indeed blue, then i could make this easy.

ok Well the ones in the second pic were definitley caerulipes, I understand that you probly can't see the bluing, but it was evident to me. Now the ones in the 3rd 4th and 5th pics are the ones im not sure of. They were found in my well known blue foot patch after about 4 days of rain. I've never really found any other mushrooms growing in this spot other than blue foots. Spore prints for them came out chocolate brown if that helps any. They were found growing on birch sticks and right out of the ground. gills are tan to a little bit darker, caps are brown, tan, and cream colored.Bruising only occurred on two of the mushrooms that we picked and i ate them and tripped.

they should be purple brown... choc brown suggest a likely agrocybe.

Actually the spore print on the Psilocybe caerulipes I find are often chocolate brown.
Bluefots take on many different forms. They can be easily identified by smell.

Thanks Shroomydan for the info, what is the smell I'm smellin for, lol. Also I read today about how there are many variations on this blue foot guy. Could this be a variation.Today I just found a whole slew of the same mushies i posted above growing underneath some confirmed blue foots. These blue foots have me all flustered. I'd love to meet up and take you to some of my spots (i live in the parkersburg area).

If the suspected bluefoot smells identical to the confirmed bluefoot, then chances are good it's bluefoot. I think active Psilocybes (at least the ones I have encountered) all smell very similar. It's a rather distinct smell i can't really put into words.

Well here is my find today, I tried to use my camera as efficiently as possible (zoom and whatnot) so you could make out the blue spots this time. But I tossed away about 3 lbs of mushies that looked just like blue foots, but since no one has given me an answer on those ones, Iguess I'll never know ........ but here is what i found today.

The spore prints on the first set of mushroom pics i posted is same color as these

this is the best shot of bluing i could make out
