P. somniferum seeds are not illegal in the US.

make sure you send em either in a padded mailer, or wrapped in bubble wrap so they dont get crushed. dont forget to up the postage

I think what he might be getting at is the irradiation. They are supposedly irradiating packages in the mail to prevent anthrax from infecting people. Would the radiation kill the seeds?

yeah for the time its safe, im also in a gardening club, and they are staying up on it, cuz they do a lot of seed trading..
