Dog is slowly dying
    #5781519 - 06/22/06 07:07 PM (17 years, 7 months ago)

So my dad comes to visit today and informs me that our dog back home has intestinal problems and she can not go to the bathroom. An operation is very expensive, and she is old. She doesnt look old though. she is in very good shape.

He said she probly wont make it many more night. Flies were all over her or something and she moans all night. He said he didnt know if he could watch her suffer anymore so he might put her to sleep.

ahh... I cant beleive it. I thought she would be around for so much longer. ITs nuts how we become atached to animals. I cant beleive she is passing away and I wont even get to see her again.

She was my favorite dog ive ever had  :sun:

heres to lucy

Sucks man.  Not much you can do though.  Better to get it out of it's misery.

To Lucy

shes sad though...maybe dose and then go put her to sleep? that might give you the proper ending.

when i kill ants i throw ceremonies, Im going to light my old tv on fire for a fly i tried to catch and freeze (damn thread) and it died. Im saving it for when shrooms come around though, and I might just drill a hole in the top and drop an M-80 in it.

I already painted a picture of a fly in an icecube on the front

Dogs are meant as emotional enhancers.  Positive ones at that.  There's no question why people get attached to them, they make you feel good.  Trust me when I say that I know exactly what you're going through.  My parents raised puppies my entire childhood.  Try watching 15 puppies you've become attached over 3-4 months get sold one by one until there's no puppies left....

It's a little different, but I also had many dogs growing up too.  And this sounds weird, but sometimes I wonder where they're at now....

Dogs are the best.
