Switchin' Your Fav Teams...

I've always been a Steelers fan. I have several reasons for being one. The guy who first got me into the Steelers was a die hard Steeler fan and some of his passion rubbed off onto me. Also, I love the fact that the Steelers come from a blue collar, hard working town where football is respected and loyalty is immeasurable. My general favorites in sports tend to be local teams. Lakers, Angels, Ducks...
I guess I have so much Cali. athletic pride, I'm starting to favor the 49ers. Not only that, but the added experience of the 49ers on the offensive line with guard Larry Allen, speed at receiver with Antonio Bryant and good corner with Walt Harris should create a pretty sight. That adds to it a lot too.
Has anyone ever made a leap from a team you've been loyal to for years to a new team?

That'd be pretty cool, I guess.
LA doesn't have that great fanbases. Laker fans are ridicolous. It's more of a trend than anything.
I'm not even sure why I'm a laker fan. Habit I guess.
And about the 49ers, I forgot to mention Trent Dilfer. That's good too.

I cant imagine trading my major sports allegiances.
I'm from Chicago, but have lived in Milwaukee, WI for school for the last 4 years. I *still* hate the Brewers and ESPECIALLY the fucking Packers.
I guess the Bucks have kind of grown on me, mostly because the Bulls have been so horrible for the last 10 years, (Until now). And I like the college teams in town, but I was never a big college ball guy before. And I'd still root for U of I over UW.

Out of any team in any sport, the Packers are by far my favorite team. I can't see that ever changing.

Nope. I always pull for the home team. Cowboys are my favorite.

Christ.
What a letdown that is.

I guess my favorite team would be the Raptors. I like how they're shaping up by building around Chris Bosh and probably LaMarcus Aldridge as the top draft pick. They might even make the playoffs next season. I tend to always cheer for the underdogs in any given game. I like seeing franchise revolutions, like what happened with the Clippers this year.

Thank you.
All I hear from everybody is how much Faveray is a god and the packers are america's team. FUCK THAT. FUCK THE PACKERS.
I'm inclined to hate them especially because the last two girls I've been with have been from Wisconsin and obsessed with the Packers and they don't even like football, WTF???
