Hey just wondering if anyone has experience with the partial agonist/full antagonist (serotonin), BuSpar and hallucinogens. How was the trip altered?

Good question. Actually, buspar is a partial agonist at the 5-HT1A receptor.
Animal studies suggest it will increase the effects.

Really? Hmm... How interesting.. Any numbers you could estimate? I read that it was partial agonist/full antagonist... Hmm... This is really interesting now :-)

Whats more important is WHICH receptors it has actions upon.
The study was performed in a controlled laboratory environment, with rodents. Thus, "how much" is impossible to tell, given the variables: unknown dose (in a recreational setting), what type of "hallucinogen" you're talking about (the study used LSD), and whether or not you can even extrapolate animal data to humans (previous research suggests a definite "yes" to this question, but you never know). If you try this, keep track of the things you do (dose, time etc.) and let me know what happens.
