sure.. you can use any kind of wide-mouthed jar... I use 1/2 pints. first I take TWO pieces of postal tyvek (ink side up) and lay them over the mouth of the jar. line the inks up on the two pieces so that ink isn't going to cover where you have your air exchange at. try to get them as taught as possible and screw a band on from a regular lid over the two pieces of tyvek. so now you basically have a little drum... you can tap on it and does sound pretty much like a hand drum. thats what the first picture is. this is the lid... a band and two pieces of tyvek. then just follow the rest of the instructions. tape as directed (you can make the innoc. site bigger if you like but i wouldn't go any smaller than that.) the small triangle of exposed tyvek is for air exchange. Again make sure you line up the tyvek so that ink isn't covering this spot on both pieces (just white tyvek for this part) use at least an 1/8 in. of silicone and let dry for at least a day. the silicone hardens but is soft enough that you can poke a needle thru yet hard enough that it self-heals as you pull the needle out. same idea as a vaccutainer or one of those liquid med bottles that you fill syringes up with in a doctors office. this is how i do my innoc.'s with self-healing lids...
1. wear a dust mask and a pair of gloves. no need for a glovebox. 2. soak thru and thru a folded up piece of paper towel with rubbing alcohol. 3. wipe off innoc. port thoroughly with soaked paper towel. TIP: leave the paper towel laying over the innoc port while you sterilize your needle. 4. to sterilize the needle I first squeeze out a few drops of water, then start from the back of the needle about a 1/3 of the way in and flame til red hot all the way to the tip. 5. quickly, while the needle is still hot, I pick up the paper towel and give one last good wipe of the innoc port. 6. then I squeeze out another few drops of the water from the syringe. (the needle should still be hot enough that the first bit of water "fizzles" out) 7. poke the needle quickly thru the center of the self healing port. 8. Innoc. 9. Remove. 10. wipe the innoc port once more with the soaked paper towel (like a doctor would after a needle stick) and you're done.

"it's 100% silicone, so i don't know why they call it 'aquarium'"
Its funny how companys do that eh put a different name infront of somthing and suddenly its a whole new product. Building models I notice how they have an ounce of MODELING paint thinner for 2$ or a Litre of paint thinner for 1.50.. crazyness I tell you
