how are yall today? im doing allright myself, actually got up before 10 today, which is nice cuz thats when i actually have to get on the ball and start work. man i thought that self employment was going to be easier, and in some ways it is, but its no cake walk.

Not too bad over here. I have a huge pile of work that needs to be done and I'm trying to finally get started today at least. For right now I'm just drinking some coffee and thinking about either reading a book or throwing in a movie, the work can get put off for a few more hours... :grin:

Doing well. Been up since 5:00am; drinking coffee; trying to finish some 'puter stuff so I can get back into the studio...

Yeah, self-employment is actually much harder in several ways. You have to be a disciplined self-starter, and you have many bosses instead of just one...

i'm going to fly into barcelona and hang there for a few days, then take a train to Provence, France...i may check out those caves in central france that have the oldest ever discovered cave art...then i'm going to go to amsterdam ( :grin:

Yes me and my girlfriend with picture sets, movies, and we do livecams everyday (we try) Thing good about this, is I can take vacations anytime I want since I run the website, i bring my laptop, boom....anywhere anytime I can do work.

Plus I also run normal websites which some include something like myspace (blogging) desktop wallpaper/screensavers...Movie Reviews, Music/art, but yeah 80% of my websites are either Paysites or "free porn" sites. which I make money off the ads....but nothing compares to what I make with my GF.

Even in real life if i sold drugs, nothing can compare to all the people that are signed up which I get paid everymonth...and it keeps increasing...barley anyone even cancels their memberships....because I have fans....long ago I started with cams with my girl in rooms, I then made a webcam room and had like 100+ regulars come in...more and more eventually came, so they pretty much all signed up....that = 25$ a month for each person....and I have over 1,000 members! wo0t

I was abstractly referring to the clients, customers, and/or the marketplace. They become your new bosses, and if you don't listen to them, then you won't be self-employed for long... :wink:

i've never understood this. a guy i worked with some years back ran a couple of pr0n sites and said he made a good 10g a year extra income doing so. but who actually pays for those memberships, esp when there is so much free porn to be had on the web?

The key to making money which I learned is to think beyond the concept of going to school. Money-wise I make more then all my friends that are doctors...etc so it all paid off.....what happen was when I was in highschool in 10th grade, i stopped going....I then went to nightschool which I only went 3 days a week. This gave me time to learn all the tricks about computers.

I know everything, well just about, meaning I can do something and know what's going on. I also run a company which fixes, rents computers and other software.

I was thinking of opening a resturant, making an album, and making a line of movies which will have me and my GF. and other people, but we refuse to fuck anyone else.

Anyone have any ideas how much it cost to copyright every song on your album, and release it in stores?
