not sure what to do next

Ok so all 30 half pint jars are about 100% colonized, now if all those were to be made into casings, how big of a plastic container would be needed to house all of them, and would it work if the humidifier was just placed directly in the terrarium?

If i were you, i wouldn't put all the jars into a single casing simply because if that one casing gets contaminated, you're screwed. However if you've got like 3 or 4 smaller casings.. then if something goes wrong and one contams, you might be able to catch it and remove that casing before the others go bad, ya know?
Okay.. so down to it.. when doing something like this, it's just a matter of simple math. There's two pints in a quart, and 2.11 in a liter.. so if you want all of them in one casing, get something that's like 8 quarts/liters, or like 4 containers that are 2 quarts.

30 half pints = about .25 cubic feet. WxLxH. middle school math.
assuming a good 4" substrate depth, and assuming you're crumbling them up and casing, it would take something like a 12"x10" tray (thats obviously at least 4" high, give or take another half inch or so for your casing layer), or something similar... two 6x10's, or whatever you can work out with those numbers, should be pretty easy to figure. its not "fuggen huge"... 30 half pints is a lot of tedious prep work but in the end not really a lot of substrate.
as for your humidifier question... what kind of humidifier, what kind of terrarium... ? usually no, its not a good idea to put the humidifier right in the terrarium, but if you give more info about what you're trying to do maybe somebody will elaborate.

Ok forget my idea to put it all in one big casing that was dumb.
There are 30 half pint jars and they are all colonized. Now... if I were to make 30 casings out of those (in little aluminum containers from WalMart), then what I want to do is put all of these into one big gigantic plastic container. The humidifier (cool mist i think :|) would then go in this big plastic container, but it would be separated by some kind of drip shield on one side of the container, then a small flurecent light goes about the whole thing.
I really need to figure this out cause if i don't get these things out of the jars in the next week they probably suffer.

just use perlite for humidity, putting a cool mist in your fruiting chamber sounds like a really bad idea. perlite is cheap as fuck too.

If I just use perlite though should I use a fish tank bubbler for air exchange?
I don't know if perlte is going to work, im gonna have 30 casings in a big ass terrarium, thats gonna use alot of humidity from the perlite.

you probably dont want one big casing because as was mentioned that's putting your eggs in one basket... but you definitely don't want 30 of them either. that's really tedious to prepare and little casings give you little mushrooms because they're not deep enough to support larger fruits. i'd consider making 4 or 5 of them tops, or maybe make 4 of them with say 6 cakes, and take the remaining 6 and experiment with spawning them to a bulk substrate, such as poo or coir... you could do this in a miniature monotub setup and you'll also see how you dont even need to worry about humidification with such a setup. its good experience and you'll quickly come to appreciate how you can triple or quadruple the amount of substrate you have.

correct. a casing in a monotob is really low maintenence with pretty much no special equipment... it doesn't get any simpler and the results are great. search around and see... you might just decide to make a couple of small tubs out of your cakes.
