Mineral water???

Making some new jars up and I am trying "Hawk's Magic Formula". It states to use mineral water...sounds good. Tried to find mineral water...it's all cabonated. I'm sure that the PC will allow all of the carbonation to excape...but is there a type that is not cabonated..and where would I find it.

I use Dasani - Bottled Water and It worked great.
