Stones are also known as sclerotia, which are produced by some species of fungus. You'll need to find a sclerotia producing species and follow a tek that goes from spore inoculation to sclerotia formation. There are plenty available on this site. Try the FAQ or the search engine.

Fungus doesn't have seeds.
For one thing, seeds are diploids, while spores are haploids.

You could possibly clone the tissue if it was still alive and vigorously viable, but you'd have a hell of a time doing it. It would take someone with a lot of tissue culture experience, IMHO.

heh, i think he was referring to your nickname mimicing your online personality perfectly.
Im assuming you have some dried stones that you want to clone to produce more? Why not just order some mexicana or tampenesis spores from a vendor and start afresh?

You are listening. It has been said that you have to be fairly experienced to clone your sclerotia. Since you are not experienced, you MUST or spores of a sclerotia producing strain. Mexicana or tampensis has been suggested. There are a number of sclerotia teks around just do a search.

Maby simply dropping them in a LC solution would be enough to promote mycelial growth?
You said the package says they're intended for cultivation, right? Does it not include instructions? Where did you get it? Go back to the place and findout exactly what you have. Find out if they're spores, or sclerotia, and what species. It is illegal to sell sclerotia in most places because it contains psilocyben/etc.

So do you want help or what? I asked you a basic question in your own thread on this subject to see if it would help the light go on in your head and allow you to find what you're looking for and here you are reviving a 10 year old thread on "stone seeds".
