2 ?'s: PESA & Fanning the straw cake....

Hi - I havent posted up here in a loong time. But maybe someone can help me out here: I have 2 unrelated questions:

#1
I have several partially colonized wheat straw and worm poo blocks sitting in sterilite tubs under the appropriate conditions.
I have punched evenly spaced small holes on the lids of the tubs to allow for a passive air exchange. I do this with great success when spawning compost. Will this provide adequate air exchange for my straw/worm block? Does it require more fanning than an equal volume of compost and spawn in the same container? And iif so - I can only hand fan with the lid -

I am going to be receiving a PES-Amazonian (not PES"A") syringe. I really dont know anything about this strain b/c its so damn confusing! I think I'm reading the right stuff only to learn its a Hawaiian or an A-strain - - - Anyone here have direct experince with the PES amazonian? If so - tell me about it please... What are the fruits typically like: small, fat, big pointy caps??? What kind of substrate do you find they like: BRF, straw, poop, BS, Cat Flesh??? What are colonization times like??? you know - -all that stuff!

Well - thats it - I think I'll check back a little laters and see whats up. This BB is growing exponentially (sp?) - -good to see so many mycophiles out and about!

1st ? yes fan fan fan. co2 sit at the bottom of your tubs, so fan twice a day.
