Temples and pyramids are most likely to be great feats of man.
As regards to possible E.T craft reminents;
It seems that we only conclude that the material is of an unknown origin.
We don't conclude that it is of extra-terrestrial origin as these are not proven to exist.
There are several cases of controversial materials being found.
Watch 'Riddle of the skies' by channel 4 they have a section on this.

the pyramid is a free-mason symbol. Masons are people I've become a bit more interested in as years have passed, as I've known a few.
Not to be a conspiracy theorist by any means, but, I've always had a hunch this organization is more in "the know" than any actual government, as they founded this country, some of our presidents have been masons. And they still have ties in other countries, the UK for instance. My father has always had a theory that the superpowers of the world are indeed bound by one group, illegal or otherwise, and sometimes refers to them as "the mob"--go figure.
I find the explanation that should this be a logical idea, the free-masons could potentially fit the bill, and have been "in power" for centuries and a closet full of skeletons and secrets. From what I've gathered from people actually in the society (they rarely reveal ANYTHING) is that the higher you go, the more you learn. You're promoted and you move up the ranks. There are also monetary dues to be paid. Of the three people I know, that's the only 1st hand information I could gather. I'm a sucker for mystery.
I also find it interesting that while this symbol has other meanings, it has actually belonged to this organization prior to it ever being printed on currency.
Interesting indeed.

If you watch the video clean posted in the Atlantis thread by kotik, the man presenting his research said that the mason/Illuminati group (working on a plan that I beleive and find hysterical at the same time) are the first to have established universities so others working on the same plan could have social places to conspire and work on it while under the guise of something else. of course, they even have more people working on it who don't even know what the ones behind the universities are really working towards)
So, according to him, the Adams money donated to Harvard stayed with funding the illuminati's power mongering agenda.
Its kinda funny, though I mean no disrespect to those who are pissed off and angry about all of the, war, deceit and bloodshed left in their wake.
The funny part to me is how some say how gullible we must be to believe this stuff and I laugh at how it's not obvious to them. What are we doing with ancient Egyptian symbols on our money? What is Bush doing as a member of the skulls and bones. Why is Washington DC laid out into a pentagram?
That stuff isn't even in hiding or made up.

Yeah why is that so many think about ancient egypt in terms of the Pharaoh and his Slaves but then never think to question why we have egyptian symbolism on the most common denomination of currency?
"Nope, We're FREE! Slavery ended after the Civil War, don't you know that?"
It's a scary thought for some, to think of that little green thing in their pocket as a dark talisman which they unwittingly allow to control their life and which chains them into servitude of the priests of the financial cult. About ET ruins...I think some probably know of certain sites. Perhaps in well concealed underground caverns. Certainly there are great sites on the bottoms of the oceans.
We may not have any physical remnants, but in the texts of the Indian Mahabharata we have clear evidence of 'gods' flying around in in aircraft and using incredibly devastating weapons.

The best way to hide something is to put it in plain view.
Consider this for instance:
This symbol is an ancient egyptian hieroglyph. It stands for Sirius. There is an obelisk on the right, something resembling a semi-circle or an oval of some sort, and a star.
Now, observe these peculiar similarities:
The Washington Monument in Washington D.C.
The White House in Washington D.C.
and
The Pentagon in Washington D.C.
Why do these three symbols in our nation's capital match up with an egyptian hieroglyph dedicated to the dog star sirius??
We were never told about this in school. Why?
Why in the world would sectons of our capital city's architecture appear to be alligned with a star that is thousands and thousands of light years away?!
There are many unaddressed questions relating to the history of our civilzation and its relationship with locations in outer space.

WOW, I have found others who have questions. Its nice to know I'm not alone in this universe. Could there be something buried in the ice caps of Antarctica, after all someone discovered fully frozen woolly mammoth in the north pole. these creatures lived there when ice did not. the evidence suggest they were frozen right? perhaps a civilization was buried in ice that existed on what is known as Antarctica.

Antarctica, a few hundred million years ago, had a mild climate capable of supporting a huge variety of flora and fauna. Eventually it even developed a tropical and sub-tropical climate. Back then however, Antarctica was only a part of a super-continent that we call Gondwana today. Gondwana included most of the landmasses which make up today's continents of the southern hemisphere, including Antarctica, South America, Africa, Madagascar, Arabia, Australia-New Guinea and New Zealand, as well as India, which is a part of the Northern Hemisphere.

It's when a chunk of Gondwana broke off, moved out towards the South Pole, and became exposed to freezing temperatures of -125 degrees fahrenheit, that Antarctica turned into what we know today.
Because of this I do not dismiss your claim, on the contrary I find it very plausible. And obviously if a mammoth was found in ice, then the continent must've been able to support life at some point in time.
One can only wonder about the possibility of a pre-historical civilization buried in the ice of Antarctica..
If there was, then I either think that they didn't survive very long (after all during this era, dinosaurs were the dominant species on the planet), or they took off long long ago into the skies.

Perhaps millions of years ago or however long ago, Antarctica supported a civilization. Then one day something drastic occurred, and this society was frozen just like the woolly mammoth did in the north pole. I dont know why or if this idea was put in my head ,but its been a personal theory of mine for a long time, that this is what happened in Antarctica.I decided to do a search, and to my surprise I found these supportive websites. I didn't read the sites to their entirety and dont know about their validity.I think you should take a quick look you may discover something you never thought of. A new outlook perhaps... http://www.edgarcayce.org/am/poleshifts.html http://www.briantaylor.com/Atlantis.htm http://www.slowmotiondoomsday.com/atlantis.html http://www.crawford2000.co.uk/Atlantis.htm

Hmmm so back to the Dropa.
Is that for certain? I mean ... it's not a hoax or anything?
Because I find it very strange that I couldn't actually locate any other information regarding such an "important" discovery apart from the same story over and over again.
And nobody seems to have a copy of the report titled, "The Grooved Script concerning Space-ships which, as recorded on the Discs, landed on Earth 12,000 years ago."
Very skeptical.

I'm sorry for the delayed response. I'm not sure i should even reply now, but i will anyway. I'm not sure i buy the dropa story. when it comes to looking for Extraterrestrial ruins in that part of the world i would refer to the known mythologies. as mythologies tell us things right, they have a bases in truth right.yeah whatever..
NO wouldn't think the dropa story is real based on the evidence provided, perhaps its just a hoax to gain attention for some reason ?
so this is it no one here knows of any evidence or has anything significant to say.
how about stone henge i wouldn't think that humans could've built that using primitive tools. impossible right? no, you like that thought and cant accept any other belief , because you think that humans sprang from nothing and eventually became who we are today? why do we only have records that go back to um 5000 years maybe? the earth is ancient but i dont think homosapians are.I'm going to wrap this up and say the Extraterrestrial ruins and evidence surrounds us, some obvious others not so obvious.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dropa#Criticism
Quote:
Critics have largely rejected the above claims, arguing they are a combination of hoax and urban legend. For example, writer David Richie notes that the Dropa tales intrigued Gordon Chreighton, a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Society and Royal Geographical Society. Upon investigation, Chreighton judged the sensationalistic Dropa-Extraterrestrial allegations to be "groundless," and detailed his findings in an article for Flying Saucer Review.
No traceable, credible evidence for this theory exists, or can be proven to have existed in the past. Proponents of the Dropa-stones story claim that this is the result of social disruption caused by the Chinese Cultural Revolution and of a conspiratorial coverup by Chinese authorities. However this story goes well beyond China. Its opponents claim it is long proven to be a forgery by Erich von Däniken.
Below is a detailed rebuttal of most sensationalistic Extraterrestrial/Dropa claims:
* 1. The discovery. There are no mentions of 'Tsum Um Nui' anywhere; as he is supposed to have fled China and died in Japan in the 1960s this cannot be negated by Cultural Revolution - Communist coverup theory. Also, there is no mention of the 1938 archaeological expedition to the Bayan Kara Ula range. No "Peking Academy of Pre-History" ever existed.
* 2. Early Sources. The earliest mention of the story is in Erich von Däniken's infamous 1968 book, Chariots of the Gods. The book has been widely criticised as unreliable; in fact, the vast majority of names and sources appearing in the book cannot be corroborated, and no existence of the following Soviet or Chinese scholars can be found anywhere outside this story: Chu Pu Tei, Tsum Um Nui, Ernst Wegener, Vyatcheslav Saitzev, and Sergei Lolladoff. Most tellingly, Däniken gives his main source for the story as a Soviet science fiction writer Alexander Kazantsev; however Kazantsev himself disagrees with Däniken's account and says that it was Däniken who told him the story, not the other way around.
* 3. Later Sources. The 1978 book Sungods in Exile "edited" by David Agamon, appeared to lend support to the story of the Dropa, but Agamon admitted in the magazine Fortean Times in 1988 that the book was fiction and that its alleged author, a British researcher named Dr. Karyl Robin-Evans, was imaginary. Some websites claim to show a photo of Dr Robin-Evans with the Dalai Lama. A frail, old man assisted by the current Dalai Lama, the photograph is quite recent and can not be Dr Robin-Evans -- he died in 1978, according to Hartwig Hausdorf.
* 4. Translation. There is absolutely no precedent for an unknown language being successfully deciphered. All lost ancient languages have been rediscovered only because they survived in forms familiar to scientists. Even in such cases, deciphering and understanding these older language forms and their scripts has usually taken decades for multiple teams of highly competent linguists, and their findings are constantly being debated and updated. Many ancient scripts (notably Linear A from the island of Crete and Rongorongo from Easter Island), have defied deciphering precisely because they cannot be linked to any known language. Given these facts, there would be even greater difficulties in translating a truly extraterrestrial language. It is therefore highly unlikely that a single Chinese scholar with no reported background in linguistics could single-handedly decipher an alien script or language in his spare time.
* 5. The Disks. All that exists of the supposed alien disks are several wide-angle photographs. The disks photographed, firstly, do not match the described "12-inch disks"; the disks photographed are very large. Secondly, the photos show none of the supposed deep grooves. Finally, absolutely no photos, descriptions, analyses or any other evidence of the actual 'alien script' appear anywhere at all.
* 6. The Evidence. The disks were supposed to be stored in several museums in China. None of these museums have any traces of these disks, nor can any be found of the ones supposedly sent to USSR for analysis.
* 7. The Dropa Tribe. While reported to be a tribe of feeble dwarfs, in actuality the Dropas are nomadic herders who inhabit most of the northern Tibetan Plateau. The Ham are also inhabitants of Tibet, and traditionally have supplied Tibet's warriors: many of the 13th Dalai Lama's bodyguards during his escape from the Chinese invasion were Ham Tibetans. The word "Dropa", according to Chrieghton, describes the nomadic residents of Tibetan highlands, and can be roughly translated as "solitude" or "isolated". Furthermore, Chreighton described the Dropa as not resembling "troglodytes", or as stunted; on the contrary, they tend to be rather large and sturdy, befitting their occupation as herders. (Richie, 95-96)
