My G.T. isn`t very aggressive either, and the foil pans do not help with contams the reason no one uses the foil pans much is because the myc eats them wich can not be good for shrooms or people, no proof of side effects but why chance it. GL P.S. They look very nice.

the B+ case looks a tiny bit overcolonized, you see where the whiter areas are where there's fewer pins? either patch those areas next time around when you see spots poking through white sooner than other spots, or get it into the FC just a tad sooner. IME B+ is a little quicker than GT so if you were running them side by side it looks like the B+ got a little ahead and should have started fruiting it a little bit sooner. Niether of those pinsets look bad though, you'll certainly improve them even more in time. B+ will get massive when there's fewer pins, it will more than make up for it so don't you worry, the fewer pins may just be a blessing in disguise and you might end up with a couple monsters to show us in a few days. Otherwise looks great

as was already said.
1.) good job, you have fruits, and any time you produce mushrooms consider it a success!
2.) The casing on the left looks like it was left to incubate a few days too long. Read hypahe's pinning strategy, as soon as you see a few patches of myc pop up you should be moving the casing into your fc. You want your casings to acheive the look your GT casing has.
3.) Ignore the alum foil hogwash. There is no data to prove the mushrooms metabolize the alum through the myc. Most of the times your substrate shrinks AWAY from the foil anyways. The only exception to this would be the bottom. It usually takes a few flushes before they myc starts to eat through the alum anyways, by that time you're most likely already looking to trash the spent substrate and replace it with a fresh one.
Other then that good job!
