A question of personal ethics

I don't know if this is the best place to ask this, but it is within the perimeters of the rules I guess. For all the people out there who smoke ganja, regularly or otherwise, is it a good idea to get blazed in the morning or better in the evening? My friends don't seem to really care when, some of them don't like it in the mornings, but I've always wondered is it right to do it so early? The way I see it, is that when you smoke in the morning, its more peaceful, and a tad more interesting, but the rest of the day seems wasted even though you got done what was needed to be done. Maybe the stuff I smoke just burns me out and isn't that good, or it just isn't a good idea before say, 12:00 PM or so. What do you think?

I didn't know that "What time is the best for smoking weed" was an ethical question.
I thought that the whole act of smoking it was the ethical question.
When to smoke would be more of a personal preference than an actual ethics issue
As for me........any time of day is a good time to blaze, morning noon or night.

I think it is immoral not to get baked when you wake.
 Peace.

man that aint no freakin german shepard.
anyways on the subject of when to get high..... i would have to say i prefer at the end of the day. only because if i smoke in the mornings i cant function all too well on the daily activities of life. you know the stuff, work, chores, school, socialising. i mean i can do it but its not a very enjoyable experience when im blazed off my face - same thing goes for smoking at parties. ESPECIALLY smoking at parties. id rather drink first and then get blazed at the end with a few mates and chill once the night is winding down. smoking and drinking both at the same time just turns me into a lazy freak who just sits on a couch all night. its just a shame it never happens that way and honestly who would say no if a blunt comes their way after a few beers?
anyway, most of the time im all for smoking morning/day and night, but ill generally try and limit to night times in week days. but except if ther is bacon involved in breakfast it would be rude not to smoke a bowl first
if i get too high i cant do important things right and especially cant get places on time hahah! story of my life! fuck. keep it to the evenings i say

The exact time is not as important as the duties one must fulfill. If you get done all your errands by 9 A.M., then why wouldn't you be able to smoke up at 9 A.M.? I agree that it's a matter of personal preference and not ethics, per se.

Close enough!
I mean, if you want to bring down bear and elk, I'd suggest an Elkhound..
 Peace.

He's beautiful man.
I own a Maremma myself - Italian sheep dog.
I was thinking about getting another dog soon. Having seen your Elkhound, I'm wondering if I can find one in Australia.

anyway, my personal preference is to smoke at night. a few years back i used to smoke all throughtout the day and every day. i noticed when i did that i would get real lazy and lose motivation to do anything beneficially productive with my time, and by the end of the day i would be burnt out by like freakin 8 or 9. i hated that feeling so i soon decided to only smoke at nights on weekdays. that has helped me alot. see the way i see it this- i wake up do all of my daily activites, be productive and get everything i had to do, done. then from 7-whenever i get blazed and just relax for the rest of the night. it makes me appreciate weed alot more becuase when i get high ill say to myself" i did everything i had to do already, i have no more obligations to fret about so this is my reward...to finally relax". ever since then i enjoy life alot more and i have had a newfound appreciation and respect for weed. not to mention i dont spend 10 out of 24 hours thinking about weed.
you should try this method. just do what you gotta do during the day, be PRODUCTIVE with your precious time, and at night get blazed and laze about and it makes everything that much more worth it to know you got your shit done, and now you can do whatever the hell you want....its a good feeling

there is no right or wrong designated time to smoke obivously, it all depends on other factors such as responsibilites and your experience level, putting yourself at risk or whatever,.. the ethics involved have to do with the situation you create for yourself,

i say anytime, as long as you arent letting it getting in the way of your responsibilities. i used to take a couple grav hits around 7 every morning before work and it always helped me get into my morning routine better because i would be in a better mood. my 2 cents

My thoughts exactly. Pissed myself when I read your response.
This has got to be the silliest thread ever. No harm in asking , it is just hilarious the title.
Anyways, i say wake and bake. But I also say do what you want.
So wak n bake... if you want.

productivity imo is subjective. on my days off i have a bowl packed and next to my bed ready to go before head leaves the pillow.
through out the week my mind is consumed by racing thoughts and torrent emotions that leave me drained by days end. so to have a day where i wake up and slow my mind down instantly is INCREDIBLY productive for me. the way i see it, this is a way for me to collect the thoughts that are most important to me, and to let go of the worries that over take me.
plus, for some reason being high makes me want to clean.
i dunno. just my two cents.
