Well it's probably because I'm just starting to do Opiates agian in a long time.
But is there any way to minimize the sickness? I heard not eating much before the tea help.

Do you have a fast or slow metabolism?
I use the stuff a lot and rarely ever get sick. Same goes for other opiates. I have a very fast metabolism though.
My g/f does the tea with me sometimes, and I notice she gets sick a lot more. Her metabolism is slower than mine.
Some people just seem to react that way.
With an empty stomach, it is likely to hit you much faster, and when it comes on quick, I would imagine that it's easier to get nauseated. Might want to eat a little bit of something before drinking it possibly.
Another thing that could possibly help is making a puddy out of the tea. That would prevent you from having to down all of that liquid and you could take it in capsules, so you don't have to deal with the taste.

I have dealt with nausea associated with weak digestion and migraines since I was a baby. In the last few years I found a chinese herbal formula that works drastically better than anything I've ever tried, including pharmaceuticals. It's called Culing pills, or curing pills. You can get it at many health food stores like Whole foods, or Wild Oats. I swear by them. I take them anytime I feel queasy whether it's from eating crap, or motion sickness on a boat, seems to work no matter what.
I have taken this brand before: http://www.drshen.com/nausea.htm

try taking less if it really bothers you.

Ginger pills and/or ginger ale (or even sprite).I've also found taking an airborne prior to opiating helps a lot too. Though I tend to not get as nauseated by them as most of the other people I know. They just make me edgy and angry/grumpy so I don't really like 'em at all anymore.

You can also drink it slowly over a more extended time period. Try doing a search for puddy on here. There is a tek for making it out of dried pods. From electrode/Burke Dennings.

Opiates trigger histamine release until you get used to them. Just as an antihistamine helps with the itching, it seemed to stop nausea if I got it (treated pain for ~ 2 years). Diphenehydramine (OTC) worked but I've heard there are better antihistamines out there. They might make you drowsy but caffiene will fix it.

Welp I took your advice and drank it slow and I still have half of a strong-cuppa tea left.......Slowly drinking is key, I used to just slam the entire cup.
I don't do it much though, would it be bad to do Opium Tea Once a week? I don't even do any more drugs besides weed, I drink (sometimes) but usually booze just makes me feel like shit with 1-2 hours of feeling goo.d

Ginger pills or tea, and antihistamines both help.
