Mushroom-Madness' Dynamic Spore-a-Nator?: Using the Dynamic Spore-a-Nator?, you can make up to twelve, 10ml spore syringes in under 45 seconds (refer to procedure three under syringe tek ). This reliable, leak resistant, 120ml liquid capacity spore container features an exclusive, self healing, needle entry point which is designed for the collection of spores from any area where collection by needle and syringe is required. The Dynamic Spore-a-Nator?: Can accommodate up to an 18 gauge needle.

This also features an adjacent laboratory access port which eliminates the need to remove the cap when transferring spores and reduces exposure to airborne contaminants.

i have yet another mod for your tek:
Procedure Three; step 6:
store your syringe in a sterile environment for at least 12 hours before commencing innoculations, to allow spores to rehydrate...

step 7:(after the needed rehydration,) "Now you are ready to inject spores into your pre-sterilized substrate."

...;)

if your working with a fresh print you dont need to rehydrate the spores.

It is not autoclavable, but It does come pre-sterilized... You can reuse it, you just simply have to toughly clean it with an antibacterial cleaner, bleach, or Isoprophil alchol.

yes i have tried it, i made 5 syringes from one ks joshua sent me and it werked real well.....also i use it to make agar mycellium syringes......




notice the 2 marbles for breaking the mycellum into small pieces...allowing for easy transfere to syringes......





nifty littel gadget i bought like 5.........they definitely werk.....thanks.........m.m...................peace

Great pictures. I?m glad to see you had much success with the Dynamic Spore-a-Nator.

I would also like to congratulate you for making sterile mycelium syringes using the dynamic Spore-a-Nator. did you use all the mycelium in the petri dish or just some of it?

How long can you keep the mycelium in the spore-a-nator?

i cut about an 1/2 an inch in from the outside of the dish and cut a circle.......so it is the core....or the just cut a rhizo part triangle or sqare...and put it in there....it has kept for a month so far....i hit up some rye bags today....we'll see how they do...............hope that helped some.........peace
