313 km/h in an 89 beemer.
    #5760403 - 06/17/06 11:44 AM (17 years, 7 months ago)

Ok my friend is trying to convince me that his cousin hit 195mph/ 313km/h in an 89 beemer on a north carolina freeway, while he was in it.

I tell him hes full of shit but he seems fuckin convinced that he actualy went over 300 km/h in a FUCKIN 89 BMW?!!?!? yesterday he was convinced he went at 365 km/h!!!!! but he miscalculated and today he corrected it to 313 km/h.

I told him if he could prove it, then id give him 100$. Meaning proof with a video cam, clearly showing his cousins car going over 300 km/h on a fuckin highway. Theres no fuckin way. Ive only seen 1 video of a azn dude go over 300. He was in a ferrari and those speeds were just overwhelming to look at. Not only that, my friends cousin isnt even a proffesional racecar driver... hes a fuckin redneck hick.

So... is my friend 100% full of shit? Because I think he is, but I dont want to take any chances of losing 100$.

Thats what I told him.

Hes gonna lose 100$ the fool!

Fuckin guy... he always beefs up stories too.

Anything little thing that happens, he beefs up the story to make it seem like it was way crazier that what really happened.

It sucks because hes one of my best buds, hes a very intelligent dude but he just needs to stop beefing up stories and telling little lies.

I've had my 93 eagle summit at 210km/hr, and it wasn't by any means overwhelming. Quick, but not overwhelming. Granted, 313 is a good step and jump over that.

89 BMW doesn't really tell us much.. what model of car is it?

Like said above, he would have had to drop A LOT of money on that car. I used to have a 2005 mustang GT and would hit the low 140's (mph) on the freeway, and it felt extremely unstable, the front of the car looked like it floated up a little bit.

There is no way his car could do that stock.

However, here is a skyline doing it.
