Thanks for the ideas guys... I hate being brokeass all the time.. and REALLY don't like the ideas of selling schedual 1's for profits
WAY to risky especially on top of manufacturing AND the headstart school that's about 1 block away from my friggin house
I'm in a pretty good sized city, so there shoulden't be much of a problem unloading the legal stuff.

Two possibilities here.
1. Six months from now you're in a cell wondering why the fuck you didn't trash everything when you had a chance and as good a reason as any.
2. Six months from now you're free in your own home, laughing about how you trashed everything for no good reason while you're smoking a bowl.
One is a funny thing in retrospect and one is the dumbest thing you've ever done in your life.
Your call.

I just really despise people who agree to searches.
I have no sympathy for anything that happened to you.
How many times do we have to tell you, NEVER AGREE TO A SEARCH. You can not POSSIBLY be worse off if a cop calls a dog and he finds something.
If you think a cop is going to give you a break if you agree to a search, your an idiot.

> I just really despise people who agree to searches.
You and me both. I have only ever allowed one search to be conducted and that was an educational experience for myself. I wanted to see how well and where he searched. I almost went to jail because I kept coming around the car to watch the cop and he kept telling me to go back. I would told him that I just wanted to keep an eye on my stuff, that way if something turned up missing, I knew it wasn't him (the cop) that took it. He got pretty pissed when I "accused him of being a thief". Anyway, back on topic ...
> If you think a cop is going to give you a break if you agree to a search, your an idiot.
Correct.
Finally, even if you have nothing at all to hide, refuse the search. It teaches the cops that not everybody that refuses a search is guilty. It wastes the cops time that they would be spending searching somebody else that does have something to hide. It helps enforce the idea that one should never consent to a search.
So again, listen to Madtowntripper, and "NEVER AGREE TO A SEARCH."

Normally Seuss, and Madtowntripper, I totally agree with you, however I was already screwed into either sitting outside and waiting on a dog, and probably more coppers, and possibly even DEA's
Or having 2 rookie local officers, who probably don't know what's REALLY going on, have their own rundown in my house, and with me knowing how much of what is in my house, and how NOT hidden anything is, decided that this was actually in my best interest.
I didn't get in trouble, yet, and wasn't looking for any sympathy in this thread, I was just moreover baffled that I didn't end up with any charges.
I had also wondered if anyone had had them come back with an arrest warrant after not removing any evidence from the house that I could tell, unless they took a leaf from my plant, or took pictures.
They took nothing obvious at all...so I'm really not expecting them back with an arrest warrant, but it'll still be a bummer if it happens.

Actually, I think I have seen that, but it was still worth a re-watch.
The only thing I would have done differently in my situation was not opening my door like a dumb-ass in the first place expecting it to be the post office with my package...
Damn not having a peephole and not going "who's there"
However I know the person who called on me, and know what she most likely said, they would have detained me to bring out hounds, which brings more people, which brings guaranteed paperwork, and more likely more people who may know what the white stuff is in the jars...
I'm still counting myself a lucky bastard, so long as they don't come back with an arrest warrant

All I got going on here is some pheonix oyster mushrooms, and some pink ones they sent for free cause they took more than a week to ship, and I didn't gripe or anything.
Thanks sporeworks!
