I dont believe 95% of what Criss Angel does.
Its all cameras and editing.
I'm sorry, if you believe he can actually float....C'mon....

I think the reason he is able to guess that card, is because it is the only one that flips by and is a court card. Its the most different image in comparison to all the number cards

Thats what I figured, but its just so weird that i'd choose that card over any other, just because he showed it to me for a brief second.

The reason that he can correctly 'guess' the card is because of how the mind works. When the brain is given a large amount of information at once (i.e...rapidly flipping through a deck of cards and told to pick one) the brain will automatically cling to the last clear bit of information it was presented. (In this case..the queen of hearts)
It is easy to manipulate people in the same manner when talking to them, salesmen do it all the time. Try it sometime...rattle off a bunch of useless information as quickly as possible to someone, then clearly state one truth at the end. The other person will cling to that one bit of information, and even though the rest may have been bullshit, they will accept it for truth because of the clarity of the last comment.

I think they both suck.
They have an attitude like they think they're more than human, jackasses !!
Try Derren Brown, he does some good stuff. You can actually believe he's a real person aswell.
This is abit of a lame example, its all i have handy though.
http://www.i-am-bored.com/bored_link.cfm?link_id=16848
He does alot of mind control stuff. In one of his episodes he played 10 of the worlds best chess players at once, ended up beating something like 9 of them. He explained how he did it aswell and it was quite simple really.

I went to go see one of his shows once in New Yor. This was before the dude was famous and before he was on television and all that stuff. I ahve to say I wasn't too impressed. The magic tricks were really mediocre and overall the show had an erie gloominess to it. He's really into self-mutilation so the alst segment of the show was just him sticking needles in his arm and cutting himself, no joke. It was all very disturbing.

He did it by using a technique called "mirroring" or using one players moves against the other...in effect he wasn't playing at all, he was basically pitting the chess masters against eachother.

Editing tricks are not magic or "illusion," they are a joke. I could make an elephant disapear given a camera and an elephant if you were only going to watch the tape. How hard is that?
I dont even care much for magic but editing tricks are the worst. However I did enjoy that magic show they had on fox a while ago where they had a masked guy who would do elaborate magic tricks and then show exactly how to do them. That was awesome.
