It's great that people get together and try to change things, but some people really need to consider the effectiveness of their statement.
Personally, I don't think dressing up like a flowery fruitcake with platform shoes is going to change people's negative conceptions of drugs; honestly.

With super-addictive substances, what determines a social problem is availability. If heroin were "legal," there would surely spring up a market which would produce that availability which in turn might cause social dissatisfactions.
Perhaps it isn't the drug which should be regulated, but its availability instead...
Once again, the problem's main contributor would be mindless profiteering.

Haha, I agree. Some people almost made me believe it's a good thing drugs are illegal

Nope !.
Crystal meth has just been moved from a class B drug to a class A in this country.
They reckon its going to be a big problem over here, its something thats quite rare at the moment.
Some drugs are just bad when used by people who don't know moderation.

I want to be free to choose what I want to put in my body as long as I don't bother others. If I bother others than that should be a illegal and I'm responsible, not the drug!
Besides the freedom argument, legalization also is more practical and will solve more problems.
Heroin is available everywhere... Making drugs illegal only creates an illegal market. Weed is "legal" in holland and can be bought everywhere in special coffeeshops. Weed is illegal in the USA and can still be bought everywhere. Now let's take a look at the stats of weed use in Holland(Nederland) vs the USA:

I can bring many more arguments, but I have no time for that at the moment and someone has already done it for me, read this: http://paranoia.lycaeum.org/war.on.drugs/debate/12.reasons
Good drug education, special places where drugs are sold and good healthcare for people who need help are very important.

Some cars are just bad when used by people who can't drive. Let's ban cars!
Unsafe sex can be bad when practiced by people. Let's ban unsafe sex!
Alcohol is just bad when used by people who don't know moderation. Let's ban alcohol!
The Internet is just bad when used by people who don't know moderation. Let's ban the Internet!
Video Games are just bad when used by people who don't know moderation. Let's ban video games!
Who's to decide what is bad for someone else? Let everyone choose how they want to live their life as long as they don't bother others(this is the subjective part).
I demand freedom of my body!
