1/2 pint agar question....

I am horrible when it comes to sterility, that is why I always try to find some way around it..... I heard it thrown around before but here it is again....

Say I mix my agar and put into 1/2 pints or even thoes littler ones they make now and then PC the agar and jar in all. Trying to clone and was wondering if this would work?

If not then i might have to make a new glovebox since my old one broke.... long story..... always make sure you have sugnicent amount of filtered air exchange after spraying in a glove box..... even 1/2 after a half an hour later.... fire burns :smile:

HA HA HA, I'm glad I'm not the only one who recently set a glove box on fire. Definitely one of those oh shit moments for sure.
