already googled i just could not get any info on there constitutes. i figured they may have some sort of phenethlamine in them. reason i ask is my buddy has a few and wants to know if there is anything special about them. especially because they taste extremely bitter and share a similar apperence to some active cacti. i know appearences dont mean shit but there are so many cacti with phenethlamines in them that i thought it maybe possible. yes i know bitter is a sighn that a plant is possibly poisonus.

If it can't be found here- don't nibble it please. Find a decent san pedro. Cheers and good day brother.

It probley does contain some mescaline or relatives of it. But they are in such small amounts it would never be worth it to harvest.
Even pereskiopsis has shown to have some mescaline content.. Much much lower than any trich of course.

Yeah.
Tihkal has a nice little index of cactus alkaloids. Lots of interesting ones all over, some resembling mescaline, or being actual mescaline. But generally the quantities are ridiculously low. So good luck processing 500lb of cactus for a dose

most cacti taste like ass, unfortunately flavor isnt an indicator of psychoactive alkaloids

damn i didnt know that flavor isnt a sighn of alkaloids. i assumed so because my best cacti are very bitter or metallic tasting. i know there are palatable varieties but i just assumed you would have to use more of them. so a/b extract mescaline doesnt have a certain taste to it that is recognisable to the relative taste of the cacti?
