So,from what i know the shrooms are producing psilocybin when in shok, thanks to the heat shoks proteins inside them.
That's why mostly of the cultivated cubensis are not so potent.

What's the problem, the problem is that if you give to many myceliums an heat shok, only few of them will survive and produce great, psilocybinfull fruits. For those, like me,who doesn't have 50 myceliums to waste,is quite expansive to make something like this.

Sorry for my bad english and for posting in a old topic

Incorrect.

Cultivated cubensis are nearly universally recognized as more potent than their natural cousins.

A lot has been learned about the relation of temperature drops in the last few years, and it's no longer recommended to cold shock tropical species, or even to dunk in the refrigerator as I was recommending above only 2 years ago.  Remember, nothing is set in stone and we need to change our advice in the future if it's later found that what we're recommending today is proved to be less than the best.

Cold shocking is one of those things misunderstood by many people that’s thrown around in the older writings on Psilocybin & Panaeolus cultivation and is not really needed to get them to pin and pin setting. The idea comes from the fact that in nature some mushrooms need a short period of time of lower than normal temperatures to initiate pinning and pin set. Like what may happen after a rain fall, ext.. In the case of P. cubensis and other warn weather mushrooms this would only be a 10 to 15 F. drop in temperature from let’s say 84 to 70 F.or so for a few hours and then back up to around 76 F. for pinning, pin set and fruiting. Cold shocking may be useful for some cool temperature wood livers, I really don't know. The people I know are into Psilocybin and Panaeolus mushrooms and over the years most people have gotten away from cold shocking as an unneeded step.

So things like cold shocking and special lighting may not really be needed to initiate pinning and pin setting. I like to use simulated moon light (some of the plants I grow are night bloomers and need simulated moon light to bloom) and cold shocking even thou I know that it's really not needed; I just keep it simple in how I go about doing it. Then again I like to believe in Faeries even though I know they don't really exist.  Hipster

People have been misusing this term for so long, it has become associated with the refrigerator somewhere down the line because inexperienced cultivators confused dunking in the fridge as a "cold shock" though the main reason people have dunked in the refrigerator was because mold (contams) grow much slower at cooler temps, generally fridges are very low in spore counts (contams) even though some misinformed people believe the refrigerator is a filthy place it's because they leave things to rot and their refrigerator probably is a filthy place.
