You can PGP encrypt any file or folder. I use PGP and it's great. I used to encrypt all kinds of things like grow records and credit stuff and my banking... So what kind of child porn are you in to that you need to encrypt pictures?

BTW pgp also comes with some neat features like a delete fil thing that wipes it off your hard disk and a free space wipe. I highly recomend it. PGP rules!

I don't know about making your pics in to .exe files. But I know pgp works and will work for the application you need. I highly recomend it.
